Is he a police officer? Not that I know of...
Does he have authority to stop traffic? Probably not...
Did he make a smart decision running in front of a car travelling 2x the speed limit? I don't think so.

Maybe he was hoping you would plow him down and now that you didn't he was upset and started yelling at you... you should sit down with him and his family and have a conversation on what is "safe outside behaviour"... I'm sure his kids, which he was trying to protect, would love to hear that using ones body to stop a fast moving object which you disagree with is a good thing to do... great parenting!!! Kids do learn by example... and they were outside playing...

Kids were nowhere to be seen. It was obvious, there are barely ever any visual obstructions in the street. I meen half the subdivision is still being built. Literally, the ONLY visual obstruction in my way was one car, which was his, and was the reason why I slowed down. I should be heading over there tonight so maybe if he is outside I will stop in. Not going to go knocking on his door, though. Maybe I ticked him off enough he's decided to already move and I won't even need to deal with him

I would do exactly as you described. If I saw him outside, I would stop in and explain the situation and make things as amicable as possible. As others have said, if he tries to give you giref, he is simply irrational and deserves no more of your time and energy.

Haha you know what is funny dude? The similarity between this thread and mine about me vs a WS-6 in the Wild Horse Saloon...

Hm that's funny also becuase I just posted a thread a buddy of mine wanting to race me in is W... How similar though? Do you mean, both the same amount of pages, the topic has 2 different ways of looking at it, Most people agree in one way, theres usually one jag who comes in and says something ridiculus, and people always like to talk smack? If so, than no of course they're not similar
