Should I even bother with these heads?

When my engine blew up last month (rod through the pan) I thought all the damage was in the lower half. I pulled the heads and noticed on one of them, something hit the chamber, and even smashed the sparkplug gap shut. I will attach some pics. I also noticed that a chunk of debris is preventing the valve from closing.

Should I even bother fixing these? It would be stupid to use them in this condition, so I would have to have them all redone and last time that cost me 300..

Sorry for the bad picture, I can't find my decent digital... and my digital camcorder died while shooting the heads..

Id take em to a machine shop and get a quote. If it sounds good drop em off. I was gonna say get gt40 heads also but since they are see if you can get them fixed. If you bu y another set of used gt40's it would not be very smart to put them on your engine without taking them to a machine shop first to have them cleaned and tested.

o I didn't see that they where gt40's. Yeah i would just take them down to the machince shop and have them check them and clean them up if there good. Did it bend any valves? If so I would make sure they check the valve guides really good.
