i got word that my engine was done being rebuilt, so i called down and the builder said the flywheel was a lil beat up. said the teeth was a lil chewed and reccomended me replacing it. should i go back with a stock flywheel? leave it alone? or get a decent better then stock flywheel and throw on there.

There's no such thing as a cheap aftermarket flywheel unfortunalty. Just get a stock replacement, or have the ring gear pressed off and flipped....that's the old trick.
EDIT: Most/a lot of chewed up flywheels are decent enough to re-use for a LOONNG time. I got really lucky last time, the teeth were just a little shiny, so I readjusted the starter and left it...damn cheby
