Hey, I'm just going off what I hear. I didn't know Ford changed the Modular designation TO R/S. I promise to use it the right way from now on.

Soon there will be a .030 over 351w with about 10lbs of Procharger boost sitting in there.
Shee has been sitting for far too long and is in need of some love

Thanks, im glad i went with the satin finish cause now the bay is filthy, i had a radiator hose blew up like a grenade and covered the bay in coolant while in the canyons, buddy had a spare but by the time i got home the bay was COVERED in dirt and crap. Was nice to hose down the engine bay and not worry if it all looked shiny after. Plus we used an undercoat additive so it super durable, dropped wrenched, etc dont even scratch the finish. Very nice on a race car. The 88 will have a glossy finish though.

As I said before I hate chrome and polished chit... it seems like the new trend is the wrinkle or satin finish on the engines and intakes, and I much prefer this look.

Ive always been into the black look, all my bikes were done the same. Same with my jet ski's. The 88 is getting all silver with black accents, into the great looking engine bay here.

Obviously its missing something...

Too bad Ford included all of those damn holes... IIRC someone on here referred to them as "cooling holes"

Ford put the holes there apparently for heat reduction and cold air to enter. No need to buy a cold air kit anymore. Just drive real fast.

Obviously I read that thread too.

I know its an old post, but how is the coil wire ran on this motor? Is the coil mounted on the backside of the tower? Where can you buy a fitting like that?
