today i got on my car some, and it has noticably less power (revving/spinning tire loss). it seems to be revving slow like it used to with my old motor, and i cannot begin to guess what the hell is wrong now. so ill give some information and see what you guys think here.
timing: 10, fp 38, new everything, runs good otherwise besides getting on it.

code 95: Fuel pump secondary circuit fault.
no idea what this is. i have asked before and nothing stands out in my mind i got for a suggestion. today i called a performance shop who does mustang dyno-tunes and got an idea.
when i did my mass air conversion he asked if i hooked up the fuel pump ground wire from under the seat. there is a wire running into the speed density harness from under the seat. i used the FMS conversion which retains the stock harness, and has a seperate jumper wire. it made no mention of this, and i already have the ground wire running into the harness, so i am mostly disreguarding that.
otherwards, anyone have a suggestion other then taking it in for a dynotune? i dont really have the money for it. i was quoted 400+ for a tune, and 700+ for a tune with a chip. im hoping i can get some type of diagnostic tests done for less then that.
it is just a street car that i rarely get on, maybe once or twice a month. i dont like the fact its not running right though whenever i start it. thanks for any input. i have a feeling i might be taking it in for a tune reguardless
