Yeah I'm starting to have second thoughts about this. The prices are just looking like more than I want to spend right now. It would be easier if I lived in the states, but once i start adding on shipping to Canada and brokerage the prices are getting too high. I think I'm going to stick with just a regular rear exit catback. I can get a Magnaflow Catback (#15638) here for $565 Cdn. Does this sound like a good deal to you guys?
so... Canada has decided to join the Coalition of the Willing. They have agreed to send the US support via their Navy, Air Force, and Infantry. They sent the United States 2 air craft carriers, 4 fighter jets, and 2 whole brigades.
After the exchange rate, the US ended up with 2 kayaks, 4 flying squirrels, and a couple Mounties.
I have Dynomax Bullets on my car with side exit piping. The mufflers were about $35 a piece from Summit(that's US dollars). For another $200 I had an exhaust shop weld the piping. That $200 also includes the nice 3" or 3 1/2" chrome tips. I don't have side skirts but I think it looks good. I'll try to post some pictures tomorrow, a lot of people have been asking me to I just keep forgetting.
I just got the money to do exhaust - which I'm ordering within the month of Jan. as a late christmas present since I've been waiting way too long.
I'm constantly battling and it pisses me off - the thing is - the side exhaust looks money (the svo with skirts) - but I am going to do the saleen rear bumper sooner or later because I HATE the stock - and with no exhaust looks very very gay (for lack of a better word) - PLUS it looks like a freaking V6 with no rear exit - on top of that I'd have to get a rear bumper cover if I went with the side.
I'm going with the rear because I think a mustang has that kind of identity - plus it's cheaper. Plus, I bottom out on freaking lowering springs already, if I do side I guarantee I'll f**k it up even more with more scrapes being right in the mid of the car.
