OK so my side view mirror was stuffed with paper in what I can only assume was an attempt to keep it in adjustment, so I took it apart and found that it looked like the cables attached to where stretched out, I couldn't find any way to tighten them up when I realized that it is most likely missing parts, does anyone know how to go about repairing this issue?
