Silver ~vs~ Black

my dad's tail lights and mine, im thinking of redoing mine in silver too.

personally I think it depends on the color of the car, the silver works nice for your dads because of the silver stripes. what color are you painting your car? that might help you decide.

viper blue. either will look good but the silver would stand out more.

silver is to plain red is to red and i want someting that stands out, i dont like orange. so that leaves me with blue.

The Black is 100X better than silver in my opinion

I like the black better, but the sliver looks better on the car it was meant for. Its whatever works for the car.

The silver taillights would look better if the center bar and edges of the light were painted silver as well...and they were on a solid silver car

I say either leave them black, or paint them the same color as your car when you get it painted. Only paint them silver if that ends up being the color of your car, or if it has silver stripes like your fathers car has.

not anymore. the tail lights are sitting in my room. there staying off till the car gets painted. i just putt them on to get pics.

Niether...these stripes are being overdone. Is no one building a project that they can put up some pics of interest? pinstriping lenses ain't doin it for me at all.

I dont have tail light stripes either!
