Simple Electrical question

Okay, so I bought a laser jammer (Beltronics 904) that I have to install on my 91 gt. The instructions say to hook one wire up to a 12 volt source for the power. My question is, which wire should I tap into for this. I want the jammer to power on whenever I turn the car on, so what wire will be good for this. Also, should I put a fuse on the wire, if so what size.

If you want it to turn on with your car, I'd tap into the accesories line (not sure where it is though), turns on your radio and what not when the car is turned on.

As for the fuse, what amperage is the device rated for? Should tell you how much current it draws, then go and find a fuse that's a tad bigger than that amount. A fuse never hurts and has saved me quite often.
