I bought a dry NOS kit on Friday and plan on taking it back. It's not what I want. It's just the feeling I'm getting.
Maybe it's better to spend a few extra and just go clean with a supercharger.

Any ideas on easy install and lower priced superchargers that would work with a 4.6 2V?

I want an install that's fairly simple and I'm only looking for 75 to 150 RWHP.

N2O just isn't what I want to get into at this time... if ever.

Please advise... if you can!

Thanks.

You got gears in her yet?

It's dirt cheap in comparison and feels like you bolted on 75hp.

Not yet. I thought about 3.89's for a bit. But I wanted HP instead of a quicker power-range.

No. I mean 3.89's. I checked with my local in Tampa, FL.
3.89's are the gear they sell. Who has 3.90's that I can talk to?

Thanks, btw.

Most of the people on this board swear by Motive or Ford Racing, myself I would go with Ford Racing.

if you want other options besides superchargers and some "good ideas" and information...check out the october 05 issue of 5.0 mustangs and superfords. it was pretty good information regarding what works/doesn't on 99-04 stangs. most of the information you may already know, but they did a good job on saying what are the most "useful" upgrades.

Who the hell is trying to sell 3.89 gears around here Dog? Go with FRPP 4.10s - I've got both 3.73 and 4.10 and wish I had 4.10s in both.
The FRPP blower is an option - see what Randy Stinchcomb can do for ya on that kit.

Went with a Vortech.
I want it when I want it, without screaming at 5K.
I may gear up later, just for the joy of pull. For now it's like go quick, safely!

Thanks guys. I opted to spend the dime.

You can't wake up that Vortech without more gear... I have 4.10s They are great. I could actually use a little more. But 4.10s are fine. Now if I could get it to start...
