Again,....another assumption on your part. This car had a ladder bar crossover installed as well as the LB rear end brackets welded on the housing for people just like you.
So this car had both sets of mounting options.
Actually built so I could run it in either class,...or if I needed the extra stability/traction when going to a track where nobody cared how the rear end was suspended.

Uhh no.
Rules would not permit being back halfed and still run in a stock susp class. This car had the torque boxes where they were in their factory locations w/ tunnels cut in the rear floor to accommodate the ladder bars if I wanted to switch.

This car ran low 5 teens in the 1/8th when it wasn't killing itself trying to get an OH out of it. I built it myself in my garage in the winter of '07. While not an outlaw car by any scope, it was still stupid enough to get on a progressive wheelstand that started 60' out,...so......I chose the wheelie bars over the wall.

But I'm gay that way.

Just read your last post after my last reply.

I'll have to admit I'm at a loss for what AMS is,....(call it the old crotchedy in me)

i sit with stock suspension.. you say someone has to match your tire? what susension dosen't matter? but tire size does? lmao!!!. i never herd of someone swapping from stock suspension to aftermarket suspension for ''stability reasons'' sounds like to me that statement is a front. no matter how much u play it off. you been stayed using LB's and WB's no reason to front its ok i aint mad at'cha.

but dont come on here talkin like u the man with ur back halved car to a Stock Suspension car..lol cause u come with that same car u just posted pictures of. and you come stock suspension no bars.. we can get a DP up asap.

This car was built in 07 (seems I said that) back then, there were two classes, two set of rules, one provided for stock susp (EZ STREET) and one allowing a back half (LIMITED STREET). This car had both a stock floor, and a ladder bar crossmember w/ tunnels cut through for the bars to stick through the floor so that I could go either way.
Now,...( Read this part sloowly if it helps ) If you think a well set up LB car, isn't more stable than a stock susp car capable of a much more controllable pass under power, than I suggest you look up the word.
It's all irrelevant regardless. You post a picture of what looks like a drag car w/ a hole hacked through the bumper cover and nothing else w/ a tag that says I can't show you anything else because it's a grudge car???
I think Yeah,.....and?

Pictures are just that,....you want to impress most of the people on this forum by posting pictures of a drag car, a drag car that nobody can see anymore of than what could actually amount to a 11 sec bracket car ( I assume that's why you posted the pics,....to "share") Show me what you got racer boy.

Why do you consider it a front? Sounds to me like he is a pretty good craftsman that opted to make his car more versatile simply because he had the talent to do it. Not a front, skill. At least that's how I see it. I don't think you get in trouble for people starting with you. Most of these guys come here to have fun, chat with like minded people about Mustangs and their hobby. Most are good at considering other peoples point of view and respecting other peoples likes or dislikes. I think it's your approach. NOBODY wants a confrontation. NOBODY wants mine is faster, mine is shinier, mine is the best and you suck. Try a respectful approach or they will ban you from the forums.
