IIRC, there is an opening to the interior of the car, on the extreme left, or extreme right. Basically, its the fresh air intake for the HVAC system, i was able to sneak the wire in that way.

Be ready to become a contorsionist though, took me a while to get it in there.

I am swapping dashes in the next week or so. I would do it then. I just didnt remember there being an opening I could use.
