yeah its a nice price too. what trans would you reccomend? or should i just buy a used stock one? im still using my 302 but i might wanna go a size up in a few years. wanna make sure it keeps workin for me.
it sucks cause ive only had the car for a year. but im excited to see what i can do.
As far as transmission, it depends on what you plan to use the car for. If your going to race it alot, I'd go to a C4. If it's mostly a street car, build up the stock AOD with a larger Converter & Transgo shift kit.
I used to have a C4 with a shift kit in it and it was pretty fun for an automatic. I don't really know how it was set up but you didn't have to pull the shift lever for any gear except getting up past 3rd into neutral/reverse/park so you could just stick it in whatever gear you wanted.
