well i just got back from the track and im really dumb founded and hoping you guys could help me shed some light on the subject. My best time tonight was a 14.1@100.86 mph and my 60 was a 2.1. No more than 3 weeks ago i was running 13.90s. The only things that i changed on the car were this: before getting to the track i put 2 gallons of 93 octane in(usually run 89) i had a 03 mustang cobra front bumper put on and i added my upr x pipe. Now how in the world did i not run better than 13.90? Here are my theorys. #1. It was really humid out. #2 the track really sucked. #3 my upr x pipe caused me to lose too much backpreasure causing a lack of torque. #4 my crappy driving ( i honestly really doubt this one considering i ran 3 14.1s in row this week and 2 13.90s in a row 3 weeks ago. So guys please comment on what i should do here and what i should worry/not be worried about. Should i put the stock h pipe back on? Im in limbo guys HELP

Don't put that stock H back on. Weather, driver, and track prep are all huge factors... you'll have to determine what the problem is.

well thunder valley raceway is notorious for terrible track prep and the day i ran the 2 13.90s they actually prepped the track. I just cant figure it out im leaning towards the humidity factor

you need to figure out what the tracks altitude is and keep track of your atmospheric conditions, its the only way to compare different days at the track
