SLP LineLoc or Brake Control Kit

probably more info than what you want, but basically, the kit is just a solenoid that goes inline with your front brakes. press on your brake pedal, hit the switch, then take your foot off the pedal, and the solenoid keeps fluid pressure on the front brakes so they stay locked while you unleash the fury on the rear tires. hit the switch again to turn off the solenoid, and you're done. i've always had my TCS turned off when doin 'em tho. can't remember the last time i had TCS turned on actually... anywho, line locks makes for some sweet and easy burnouts though. hope that helped.

Basically what Waterdrake said. I have the SLP kit and love it. The main reason I chose it over the other brands is that it comes with all the brake line you need for a full bolt on installation. A lot of the other kits just come with the solenoid and switch leaving you to add the lines. The SLP kit comes with the short lines you need and all the instructions are spot on. The only thing I did differently was to add a Hurst Shifter handle with a button on it to have better control over it rather than working the toggle switch. The Line Loc kit also makes for a good launch controller. Just make sure your traction control is off when you use it! Lol.

Oh yeah, go buy the cheapest wrenches you can get your hands on to do the install since you will have to cut them down to even shorter than stubby size (like 3 1/2 in. total length). I picked some up out of the $1 bin at Vatozone and cut them down with a cut off wheel. Throw in some thread tape and it should take you like and hour to do the install. Lastly, when you bleed the brakes...don't forget to bleed the master cylinder.
