thats like running straight heads, damn loud, very!!! but i like the setup very nice
depending on were you live the cops will take turns a** raping you with the fix it tickets
well i have an SLP offroad X and SLP loudmouths. Sound clip in my sig. I know the host is kind of slow. Remember, the Hs are a little more deep, less raspy, but thats why I like X's.
Do you have neighbors? Do you want them not to call the cops on you and complain? LOL Are you a teen-ager? That right there sends up red flags for people not to like you when driving a loud car. Food for thought...
Prior to getting my exhaust installed, I talked to two shops and both said if I went with the SLP setup, I'd regret it. This was based on them installing it on a couple of their customers' cars and having to take it off due to the complaints / tickets they were getting--no matter how "softly" they tried to drive.
I can't comment first-hand, however, after hearing those stories and the sound clips of the SLP setup, I figured I'd chime-in. I have the Magnaflow setup and it's plenty loud for me. Although, I am an old man. LOL In a perfect world, I would have the SLP setup myself because I sure do like how mean it sounds.
slp w/a prochamber is quieter than w/an o/r x or h. my friend had slp w/an o/r x changed it to a prochamber and it was too quiet so he got the slp x for it. imo slp without any restrictions before the catback is way too loud.
I think it would be to loud. I heard Borla Stinger with a Prochamber and it was WAY to loud. Not just at WOT but all the time. Get an X pipe with cats for SLP, Magnapacks, and Borla Stingers.
