I have been invited to our small town car show and while I have the powertrain done for the most part I have not had the body work completed. The car show isnt to be judged but I am still not sure my car with rust bubbles showing is ready. I feel like the interior and engine bay is clean enough but what would yalls input be? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a Show n Shine. I'd say take it. It looks like your car is pretty nice even if you feel there are things remaining to be done. My car is in similar condition (mechanicals done but needs interior and body is good from 20'). I take it to many local shows and usually get trophies. j

The bottom line is drive your car and have fun and take it to shows and have fun. You may not think your car is show ready but I'm sure the folks who come to the show will like it!

car shows are politics, just do it for the fun of it.All the trophies mean nothing after a while anyways.

I agree. Your car takes a good photo anyway. 4 out of 5 people wont see the little things you see wrong with the car. My car is also a 20 footer. When I mention things wrong with my car most people didn't even have a clue it was there.
