I have put two of these eliminators on so far and the bearing keeps getting recked.I was wondering if there is any way to redirect the belt so i dont have to use the elimintor pulley

Yes, just get a shorter belt, and remove the eliminotor. Done

with underdrives, its going to be about an 84.5" belt that you'll need.

YOU DON'T NEED AN ELIMINATOR!!!

Take off pump, run a short belt, rubber cap the 2 metal pipes towards the firewall if you don't want to buy the head plugs from Ford. Done.

Maybe the belt you have now is too small and it's causing the bearings to go.
