SMOG PUMP PIPE ON H-PIPE?

Can I just yank that think out? Has anyone done this and still run the pump? the pipe is all bent out of shape... what can i do with this thing?

Son thats why they put wire in the welder

Might have to cut it out. Will make a noticeable noise with pump on though. Bypass the pump, or have a fitting welded in to hook the tube to the pipe.

not the best thing for the cats, if you have them.

just buy some heater hose and clamps...cut the old pipe but leave enough to attach 3-4 inches of hose to.

you can pull it off but it will cause a exhaust leak.

I believe the only thing it will hurt is your cats (if you have them). The air tube is their to aid the cats. Do a search; there have been a few posts about it.

Cut it off about a inch from where it goes into the exhaust, then take and mash the pipe shut and weld it closed do the same thing to the other end and tie it up with a zip tie, out of clear view.
