Ok, heres the situation. If I have the vac line coming from breather connected to the TB the car will smoke like hell out of the exhaust pipes. If I remove the hose and plug it off. The car stops smoking. Whats the reason for this. I'm stumped.

Tim is right. Which side do you plug (or both)? if you plug the oil filler, you should do something with the PCV (PCV flow is bi-directional - that is why that line is there). if you plug it off, you are bottlenecking the system.

good luck.

I actually just plugged off the oil filter. I was told that hose (valve cover to TB) is not needed. The PCV hose isn't pluged. I have ford motorsport valve covers.
the hose from the oil filler to TB is not needed if you run a breather (which is introducing unmetered air - that is why the TB to oil fill hose is there - metered air for a correct PCV).

if you have a means for air to exit and enter (breather, etc) then you should be alright.

good luck.
