95 cobra smoking pretty good out the back. Pulled the pcv that was just replaced and it is covered in oil. Burns about a quart every tank of gas. Will intake cleaner help or fix it?

Sounds to me that the crankcase is getting pressurized and pushing oil out the PCV, You may have worn piston rings, and exhaust gasses are getting past the rings and into the crankcase. Do you have a supercharger on the Cobra?

I agree with Cythar, prognosis isn't good. Depending on how many miles you have, and how well the car was maintained, I'd suspect your engine is getting pretty worn. It's not all that unusual for oil to get to the PCV, or even past it, but the smoke and oil burning probably isn't a good sign (though lots of other things can cause smoke). I'd pull spark plugs to see how those look, and a compression test to make sure. If it's worn rings, squirting some oil into the plug hole will increase your compression.

You can slow down the oil burning with some heavier-weight oil. Intake cleaner probably won't help.
