smoked cheesegraters?

That would be a ton of work. You would have to tape off all the colored areas and then paint the red lenses. A lot of shops around here mix black paint and clear coat then spray it. It can be done, just a matter how much time you have.

haha just cause the LX lights are on it now. It's not even mine(YET!!!) but when i do get it in a week ill work something out. i can do the taping but i dont want to waste the money to get it professionally smoked. i might just photoshop something up at school with cs3

I always thought that might look kind of cool, if you're good with a rattle can you can try VHT Nightshades and spray some clearcoat on top of that to make it glossy; the Nightshades has a flat/satin finish to it.

heres a quick chop i did. its really bad, i did it in like 10 seconds, but it might give you an idea.

Well, modifying your car is technically illegal, and we all do that anyways. I see "illegal" headlights and taillights all the time. The cops really don't care just as long as the colors are right.

Technically my lights are "illegal" becuase I have a red turn-signal bulb instead of an amber bulb. They could really care less.

i like cheese graters but they only look good on red and black cars, imo. i wish i still had mine, they got lost inbetween the car's transfer from my brother to me.

i sprayed vht niteshades on a set of lx's i have laying around. they look badass! you definitely need to clear them though. i was thinking about spraying my cobra tail lights with some
