I think those wheels look great on your car. even if you have to buy another for 700 you still only have 750 for a set of one off rims with a little bit of history. sounds like a good deal to me.
Maybe I'm missing something, but if the owner of the company claimed there is no record of a ford pattern set of wheels being built for a customer. How is one going to pop up somewhere?
well then hang on to them. They cost you NOTHING so it won't kill you to keep em. Keep scouring the ads and one will pop up.
Some of you maybe be confussed,or maybe i miss worded it?I did contact him on the phone and he said the old owner's son was big into cars and his son probably made daddy make him a 1 off wheel for a ford pattern. THEN after i emailed the owner pics he said that they werent his wheel or brand and style!So thats why it would cost me like 5K to have him make 1 wheel. But yes i am holding onto them till i stumble across one..........well kinda like i did today! Well hopefully!I contacted radius in italy and they responded back with a contact in canada called rdsport.So i talked to him then emailed him the pics so hopefully i'll finally get the 1 wheel i need!I'll keep everyone informed as time goes!peace
