Trying to help a fellow 5.0L owner out in England - he has an AC Ace powered by 94/5 HO motor.

Talk to me about any clearance issues using the Trick Flow streetheat intake on your cars. Is it taller/wider/longer than the stock unit? Any interference with bottom of the hood? With the back of the a-c compressor? With the 45-degree ell/throttle body and the valve cover?

Thanks for your help - Michael

i have a street heat, my mechanic installed it.

it is taller, the stock strut tower brace did not fit over it.

it fits under my hood, but i have a cobra hood from a 1996. i believe it fits under the stock hood too though.

i believe there were no problems with other clearances (a/c, valve covers, 45 degree bend, t/b, or alternator).
