no... mod motors use counterclockwise rotation blowers while 5.0's use clockwise rotationt.. meaning, the impeller faces forward on mod motors, while it faces the engine on pushrod motors...
Yeah, the 4.6 superchargers are on the radiator side of the belt and rotate counter clockwise, whereas the 5.0 superchargers are on the engine side of the belt and rotate clockwise.
It'd be cool if they were universal like that, but, no dice
