Kar Kraft sells a wiring kit - http://www.karkraft.com/99-02_mustang.htm , and here's an online set of instructions: http://www.mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/cobralights.htm The tails themselves aren't cheap either - usually going $200-$300 from what I remember. They bolt-in, but it's a little more involved when it comes to wiring them up correctly, as the Cobra tails have a seperate bulb for the yellow turn signals.
