I have the rear disc setup from a 95 GT, including the hardlines. The softlines, however, have been cut. Do I even need them or does the Fox have something I can plumb into with some fittings?

you need the soft lines i got mine from napa as ford no longer makes them.i cut the hard lines on my fox and rebent and flared them they have worked great.
The SN95 setup has softlines that come with a bracket that bolt to the axle.
I used my Fox axle and marked where the brackets would sit. I then drilled and tapped a hole for a screw so i could bolt the brackets on.
The soft lines do separate from those brackets so some guys simple join the soft line to the end of the hard line and let em hang loose.
I personally think you should do it right so i would bolt or tack weld the brackers to the axle.
If you do decide to use the Fox hardlines, they will be a little long. WHat you can do is wrap them around a big socket and loop them to shorten them up. You would need an adapter fitting to connect them to the SN95 softlines though.
Since you have the SN95 hardlines, it might be easier to run those..but there are two different setups. Early Sn95's had the hardline setup line the Fox's with the 3rd soft line in the middle of the axle. Late model Sn95's have 2 soft lines going to the body right near the calipers.
I have the setup with the 3rd soft line in the middle. It's cut to about 5" as seen in the pic I sent to you earlier.
