I have never heard this from any car I have owned. When letting off the throttle you hear a bunch of pops coming from the exhaust. And the exhaust vibrates the crap out of the car just from the sound alone. Now let me tell you how the prior owner has the exhaust: He cut out the catalytic cinverters, welded in a slightyly bigger pipe to fill in the space( Uggggg!) and has flowmasters with turndowns. Personally I do not think this sound is normal, or is it?
BTW I am replacing the system with a proper BBK offroad H-pipe and 40 series Flowmasters.
