I snapped off the ECT when trying to remove it. Any tips? It’s an 88 5.0

Drill it out and use an NPT to clean the threads up.

tiny dremel bit? grind a slot in the middle pretty deep to get a flat head in there. might work if it's not crazy tight

I’m concerned about getting shavings into the coolant system?

It is tight but I might give that a shot. Thoughts on a bolt extractor?

Remove the crossover pipe then. Another option would be to use a shop vac while drilling.
