Was torquing my valve cover bolts at 10 ft lbs and one just snapped!!! It was the lower middle bolt on the driver side. You think it will still be ok and not leak??? Damn, I'm so pissed!!!!!!!!!
That's always a pain. I had two snap off in one of my old cars, and I managed to keep it from leaking. I actually drilled the bolt out, and snapped off the tap in there too. I ended up having a machinest break out the taps.
