Since it will be my car, get the seat tracks fixed, I'm 6'4" 215lbs. Get the rear seats to match the fronts from TMI. The double DIN radio looks pretty good, I like.

The tracks on the newer 02 seats that are in the pics are new they work fine, you just sit 1.5" higher, probably would not work for you. the roof in this car seem lower than my notch, probably because of the sun roof.

So I'll have to drive the car with the roof off to fit my head? It's from the poofy new seats, lots of foam inside I guess.

well i have the 02 seats in there, im kind of 50/50 for what to do on the seats. the stock ones are okay but are about as comfortable as 93 gt seats ...... I can either get a new set of cloth and foam from TMI for the old ones ( would need to fix driver seat the power track is a bit fubar'ed). Or TMI can make me rear covers to match the front 02 gt seats .

The head unit turned out okay, made some custom pieces to go around my unit because it really doesn't fit. looks good now, im okay on the way it looks because it works, the bluetooth works and GPS so it should be better than a single din. The old owners did screw alot of holes in the surround so my cover piece makes it look much nicer

SB - when the time comes, we can definitely manufacture a set of Fox rears with the SN95 pattern altered to fit them.
On the same note, if you ever want to recover your front seats in the Fox Correct grey - we have that available as well!

the font seats where the charcoal cloth with black sides. the seats to me are horrible and support your back like crap. I see you have new foam kits as well, does this make the seat any better?

On the sides of the cloth seat is that material and the back of the seat vinyl or is it leather ? Im assuming its vinyl

Are we talking about your SN95 or your stock Foxes?
The 99-04 GT seats were all Dark Charcoal - no black what-so-ever. The font facing is always leather and the sides/back are vinyl.
We can do your rear seat in the same dark charcoal leather/ vinyl combo - or my .02 is to just do the rear in all vinyl as no one will be able to tell and - honestly - who sits in the back seat of a Fox ? lol.

Feel free to give me a call if i'm not understanding what you're asking? 800-624-7960 Ext: 119

no sorry I meant on my original fox seats I would recover them to keep the car stock looking but they suck, you guys do sell new foam but i might feel its just new seats I don't like to sit in.
The side of the cloth 1993 seats seem vinyl

We do manufacture the original style GT foam for your 93 seats, our foam is def. an upgrade from the original - it's more of a close cell/memory like foam than the cheaper stuff Ford used in the Foxes. Or you could put 03/04 Cobra foam on your 99-04 GT seats -- there are quite a few options to pick from, it all depends on which seats you want to use in your ride.

I vote upgrading your 99-04 GT seats into SVT Cobra seats - we'll be releasing that foam & Upholstery end of Feb.

Good Morning SB - If you want to be the first , I can definitely email you as soon as the pieces are released
We have the release date set for mid-end of Feb.
you do have a few options though - you can do the black/black cobra seats either with the Cobra Logo (or if your car is not a cobra) you can get a the standard runny pony logo (we are licensed for both).
Also, you can either do the standard Cobra pattern, with the suede inserts - or we will be releasing a GT Style Pattern that will fit over the COBRA foams - cool eh?? This way you can retain your GT styling , but have the heavy bolsters of the Cobra!

Let me know.

Waylon

wow waylon finaly someone is investing some time in doing this right. I will think up what pattern I want the problem with 90-93 black interior is that it is black. the 99-04 is more like charcoal black. So we will figure out together what will make the most sense, I jus like the bolsters of the cobra

Car is all back together now after heater core and interior freshen up. The stereo sounds good missing bass but im not putting any a subs in this. leaving it very stock. Im exited about these seat upgrades TMI is working on and will be doing some sort of black leather 04 cobra seat covers these 02 gt seats are just not dark enough for me. I got some new Cobra factory repro floor matts like original. I also ended up gluing the map pockets looks much better and i dont use them anyway. My wife knows that in the fox hands off the map pockets and ash tray door lid.

also put an armrest delete in, I like having room when I shift.

Funny story, when I hooked the heater back up i only had air coming from the defrost vent I knew one of the vac hoses was messed up and for some reason right after the switch on the big vacuum harness the black cables were in the wrong spot. so switched them up started the car and nothing.. .I put the fan on high tried switching it all over and just nothing so i went to go look closer at the switch and all of a sudden something broke loosed and 10 years of dirt and dust came blowing out in my face and in my mouth. I had just cleaned the car as well..... Ahh everything works now and i know i dont like eating dirt.

have a new coil cover now and black batt.

Take it off and add it to your fridge sticker collection.
