I run plugs that are 1 step colder than stock, the engine seems happy with them.

Sorry for the late post I've been on the road the last few days. My first pass at SIR was a 14.77 @ 94.8 MPH then I ran a couple of 14.8's and 14.9's, a 15.1 and my best was a 14.62 @ 94.9 MPH with a 2.24 60'. I was hoping for a 14.5 but I couldn't get the car to hook even with slipping the clutch on launch. The 3.27 gears actually work well on the strip because I was able to cross the traps in 3rd gear at 5000 RPM. All in all it was a good day: Perfect weather, slight tailwind and a 6 car 140KPH convoy the last hour heading up. Can't wait till next spring when I get some mods done over winter and get some drag radials. Good to meet some you hope to see you guys around before winter sets in.
