If you want it and like it-Go for it!!!!!!!. Do what you feel and dont worry about what anyone else thinks, respct there opinion, as they may differ from yous-But dont let it get you down. If you want a fox vert, do it. Coming from a FOX VERT owner, news flash!!!!!!!-Its still a foxbody and yes a bit heavier, But you will have to spend a bit more to go as fast as a notch, but who gives a ****, oh well. Plus-you can drop the top and go for a nice drive, Somehting the notch and hatch guys cannot! hahaha Rock it bro. Plus in our foxbody history, You will know that a FoX vert guy was faster than all notch/hatch guys, his name was "RACIN JASON" "RIP"......

Did you do a leakdown or compression test on the car already? I bought my 88 gt vert for $1600 but I made sure I did a leakdown test first. No use in buying a car with a blown engine or ticking time bomb when you could spend some extra cash and get a good running car.
