sounds good, Fortunately for me we don't have COLD like you do up there.
in the summer i am thinking about going water and water wetter mix but i'm not sure as i want to keep the lubrication/conditioning properties of the antifreeze at the pumps

So you guys dont run the Ford gold stuff in them? Seems like people make a big deal out of it. Enough so that I told my body shop to only put that in the intercooler

I run the gold stuff in mine...not necessarily because I think it would do any better job at transferring heat, but because should I have an coolant leak somewhere along the line in the future, I'll know based on what colour it is where it’s coming from. Yellow = Supercharger coolant, Green = Engine coolant.

hhaha good idea.

but i called kb today and paid a 60 dollar core charge and he said once i receive the new pump send in the old one and they will refund my money. or i could have sent my old one in then they would send the new one. but i need to drive the car so i just paid for the core charge. im glad they honored it under warranty and didnt really question me that i did something wrong.

i can feel teh loss of power from blower heat soak in low end till the meth kicks in.

Dangit....I posted in this thread yesterday! Guess something happened

Anywho...in short what I suggested is that you find a way to screw in your IAT1 sensor into your lower intake. Its dangerous as your tune does not pull timing based on IAT(2) temps as of now. The cobras and Ls have an IAT2 sensor so it can pull timing if say the pump goes out....or your spinning the blower hard and doing a high speed run.
Basically prevents detonation....I would suggest you find away to do that and then have your tune setup to start yanking timing if IAT1s rise above 150*s.

alright ill look into that man. i dunno why that sucker died but now that methanol is kicking in so i am protected on detonation as long as i have some in that tank lol. im usig he stock winshield washer fluid container too so it holds more
