Well, its been like this for a long time since ive put the wider wheels on it. Its just a little more pronounced now that its lowered a little. The alignment guys said they didnt notice anything weird, but look at the pics. I noticed that to align it correctly with the stock plates and even now with the MM caster cambers they passenger side is more centered and the drivers it pushed outward. What in the front suspension would cause something like this???????????????

Passenger side(normal)

Drivers side(not normal)

Also the car tracks straight and drives great after the alignment, but its more of a visual problem for me.

Are you sure that it's not just the angle you look at it from?

We need some Pics of those MM plates.

Yeah, it looks like the angle you took the pic from on the 2nd pic was just a little more out to the side. Take pics lining up the headlights EXACTLY the same in each pic ..... then compare them. Yeah, I like those lights .... are they just stock Cobra's???

If you look at the pic you should be able to see more of the pass. tire due to the angle on that pic. He is more straight on with the driverside pic.

As to your problem, I know two local guys here that have that problem, on is a 98 cobra with 35k miles on it and the other is a 99 with about 30k miles in it. Both have been that way since day one. Even after installing a AJE K-member they both sit one sided in the front.

Wow, those look way different. I don't really know about those .... is it "okay" for them to be that different? If not .... I'd take it back to that shop & have them fix it.

EDIT: BTW, this reply was in rerference to the plates.....

Im not really sure if they are allowed to be that different or not. I know the car was in a slight accident before i bought it, i wonder if i should go get the frame checked out. The stock CC plates were just like this too, the drivers was all they way to the right, and the passenger was in the middle area. I might go back on my way home tommorow and see if they can figure out why they need to be so different.

As for my head lights, they are just 50resto cobra head lights. The corners i got used and after a few months the rubber part started to crack off. Looked terrible so i just tore them off.

The stock rubber bushings can cause problems once they are worn out. I went with poly and everything was straight again.

I was hoping to see a pic more from the front...I was curious to see how high the strut is coming through. Your "camber" adjustments are almost dead center.. When I "eyed" my alignment like that, the tires looked off, so mine are slid to the left. That's why IM going for an alignment soon. I like on these how you can do C and C individually.

Two words...Road Crown.

That is why it is off a little. The streets/hwy's are designed on a slight angle to allow water run off. If your wheels were exactly straight, the car would not track straight because of the slope of the road

Yeah but i mean that seems a little excessive. Most guys cars dont look anything like that.

I would blame it on the accident. Looks like the mounting points are tweaked a little.
