Yes I realise that you're probably talking street tires (which I suppose these are technically) but just had to do it. They are 28X11.5 Quick Time Pro's on 15X10 wheels with 6.5" backspace by the way.

I've got 315's on my car. The tread width is around 12".

well if things go right then with out no cutting i might have you beat???? prob. not you tho jon pog that looks like jon's car? no? does no cutting mean on the inside tho right????? i'll have them up in bout 1 month more later................ peace

those are straight bolt on, no clearancing at all either by cutting or pounding and they don't rub anywhere.

The width isn't really the issue (these are ~10" accross the tread) it's the height and the bulge that makes it tight. In a 26" tire a 12" tread shouldn't be too hard, especially with a larger wheel on a street type tire.

As far as street tires go, I have heard of a few that have put 335 Viper tires on thier cars.

I personally run a yoko 315 at 12" wide.

265/35/18 front 295/35/18 rear Sport Pilots... I'll be stepping up to 315's as soon as I wear these out... either that or I'll toss the used viper tires my store has on the back
