Has anyone had any problems with solid motor mounts?
Like breaking anything?
I think I'm going to pick some up soon for my project.

The only problem i have seen is more vibration in my car nothing has broken and i drag race it in the sportsman class so im hard on the car.

cool, looks like I'll probably pick up a set for my car. are there any brands that should be avoided?

I had them on my '70 camaro with no problems. Just make sure you use a polyurethane Trans mount, and lock-tite your nuts and bolts on the car. Because they will work lose.

I will be running them on my other car too with a bbc, but I had heard that small block fords had an issue. I found it hard to believe, but wanted to double check to see if anyone had any issues with them.
