hey there

my name is jeremy, as of about a year ago i aquired a 1990 25th anneversary mustang from my bro (for cheap too!).

my question is about refinishing the interior.i want to refinish my entire interior with black leather seats. as well as black dash, carpet, headliner etc...

what/where would be my best and most affordable option for doing this conversion. i used to have a 93 escort and knew that an entire world of ford/mazda/mercury parts fit it. would it be the same with this car?

p.s.-i dont want anything really racey,i want as close to stock as i can get.any links are greatly appreciated.

thanks guys

jeremy

This being the 94-95 forum .... you may get better results posting this in the regular 5.0 forum.

Justin is right. Or are you desiring to retrofit a 1994-95 interior in your fox? A few have done it and I think it makes the fox look amazing.

In any case, good luck.

your best bet would probably be 50resto.com (they have what they call a "back in black" interior kit), ebay, and some local junk/salvage yards.

I went with dying my parts but cant comment on how it holds up as I havent instaled or driven the car with it yet. As for carpet, headliner and seats, I went with all new pieces. I made a headliner, bought carpet and bought new 01 GT leather seats a few years back.

It can get pricey if you buy all new pieces, thats why I went with dying, and buying only larger items.
