some kind of noise

i got a noise from the front driver sides tire area it seems when im driving. its a type of clunking noise. i recently had the tie rod from there replaced without the car getting aligned afterwards. the car pulls to the left and the drivers side front tire is worn in a wacky way also. i looked at the tie rod end and noticed there was black grease all over it. the old tie rod end i knew was broken cuz it was ripped apart. this new one looks like its in tact but then i wonder why grease is all over it.

i dont know what the problem is. i think i should try to adjust the toe in on the car but im pretty sure the noise isnt a good thing, its not obvious this time what is wrong. what do u guys think it could be
