Hi,

I need help figuring out how the fuel lines runs in a '68. I've searched for images but can't figure it out at the fire wall area. Does it run through the torque box? I've replaced my torque boxes so any clues that might have been there are gone. Also the emergency brake cable, same question.

I think I know that the fuel line runs along the rocker and the brake line runs in the driveshaft tunnel. Correct?

Images would be great!

Thanks,
Mike

Yes, the fuel line runs through the torque box. I don't think the ebrake does, though. That's just on the engine side of the apron. You can see it hanging down here between the steering shaft and the apron.

Looks like the emerency brake cable does come out of the torque box like I thought I remembered, I just have to figure out how it gets in there.

On my 68 vert the emergency brake cable comes out of the firewall behind the steering box and down the inside of the frame rail. I don't know where that picture came from but it is not correct.

Yeah, on 69-73 the cable runs through the torque box. On repro 69-70 torque boxes, there's even a tube running through the box as original.
