I wish they made lighter grinders, my arms feel like freaking jello! Needa start lifting weights over winter I guess I'll have wait til tomorrow to seam seal underneath, since I also just acid treated some of the underside with Rust Mort...jeez o pete that stuff STINKS.

I'll be back out there soon to paint over the interior floor pans and trunk pan. As soon as my husband gets home, we're taking a little drive to Classic Tube to show them that despite what the believe, they bent the stainless lines wrong. Don't know what else will get done today, But I'll be seam sealing for sure tomorrow! She's due to be at a show Sunday (there's a resto in progress class)!!

It's a rust treatment made by SEM, 75% acid (can't remember which kind right now). The guy that did the major metal work told us about it. He's a welder by trade, and a Mustang enthusiest by birth (his dad used to restore stangs too)-he picked it up from an old time- that taught him some tricks of the trade. it reacts with the rust, "converting" it basically making it enert. I figure it's worth a shot-stinks like heck, but it you can actually see it bubbling on the rust as it reacts! I posted about it in the tech forum last week, a few people had also heard of/tried it-I belive one person said they put it on some rust about 4 years ago and it hasn't "grown" any since...
