blems= blemishes

Blemished rims can be a great deal,it's usually a cosmetic thing and if it's in the right place you'd never see it anyway.
I'm not exactly what the acronym's are but JWL & TUV are certication's. Means they're good.
Replica's are just fine,with most people anyways,but it's a personal choice.
