I never understood why people even bother posting this, not like anyone wants to spend good money to see whats up with a car you want

Beacuse not eveyone on here is a tool like yourself.
Many people already have purchased the service and don't mind helping a brother out.

Well, tell me if there's anyway this situation could be on the up and up:

My brother is looking for a pickup. He wants a Tacoma. I found one on craigs list that is everything he need. Low mileage, 4wd, ext cab for $5100. Great price. So, I've been back and forth with the owner, and she gave me the VIN. I forwarded it to my brother, and he googled the VIN. The exact same truck pops up as sold in march in a ebay ad. Same pictures and same mileage.

If he were to buy the truck, we'd drive up and pick it up and pay for it that way. If this is a scam, I don't understand how it would work. Any advice?
