It's the eject button. Push it while going down the road. It's a lot of fun.

the fuel pump reset button is in the trunk. seems like an aftermarket hood. try and follow the wiring to see where it leads to.

Sounds like a cracked out switch for foglights. And c'mon......everyone knows the nitrous button is hooked up to the cigerette lighter! And if you spin out a yenko camaro, it won't start right away! With nos tuning, VWs run 9s......I think he meant in the 1/8th. And And And!!! ~sigh~ Yeah, just trace the wires...ya'know...yank on it really hard and see what stops working

I have a yellow button in there for the trunk release....but no switch. Some people mount nitrous switches in there. I know in my area you cant legally mount the arming switch anywhere within arms reach of the driver. Do you know if the car has been sprayed? Thats my best guess.

That's exactly what I would guess it is also. If your car is equipped with an aftermarket alarm, it will have a toggle swith. Mine is right under my steering column, but I guess you could just as easily have it mounted in the glove box.
