But it dont sound the same, its a loud ticking. sounds like metal is hiting somewere. at frist i thiught it was the pipes. so i turned it on, and was pushing on them with my leg and it still did it, so i have to idea wtf!!!!!!!!!!by the way, it goes away like when i give it gas but will start again low rpms. not sure if it does at high rpm, i dont want the same **** happening again, but it doesn't sound the same as before.

i would say its a lifter, when we did my friends car the lifters bled down. once we restarted it there was a loud ticking. we idled it up to about 2500 for 3-5 minutes, and it went away. although you may want to pull your valve covers and check your roller rockers and make sure there still adjusted correctly?

what did you end up doing about the spider you bent up to get the lifter holders out? did you get a new one?

did this just start? roller rockers are much more noisy than regular rockers. Also make sure none of your exhaust system is hitting anywhere, that can make a loud rapping sound. verify that your rockers are torques and adjusted correctly, as this can cause serious damage.
