ive experienced hard starts like 3-4 times in the past two weeks on my 02 GT... not sure what exactly it could be? Dirty fuel filter? Spark Plugs?? This happened during the time that I installed Super 40 mufflers and used a fuel injector cleaner. I don't see how the mufflers could have done anything though and ive used fuel injector cleaner tons of times on other cars... this is the first time using it on this one though but if anything, it should be good for the car. So what should I take a look at? It has 17k miles... seems way too early for the spark plugs to be crapping out (although I don't know if Ford uses good ones or not)

using alot of injector cleaner can foul the plugs , change the fuel filter and plugs , should be fine

Did YOU install the mufflers????...........If your using a welder on your car and you dont unhook you battery, you could fry your computer.......Just some advice....I dont think thats your problem though......just do the good ol, tune up, plugs, fuel filter (you wouldnt beleive how fast it gets dirty) Oil.....Make sure your MAF is clean, check the IAC, and TPS........
