Sometimes when I accelerate, the engine shuts down (EEC-IV slowly learning?)

Sometimes when I accelerate, the engine shuts down. when the car is stopped I have to make several attempts and wait a few minutes to restart the engine. after failing, the car can run either 1 minute or several hours

Does the fuel pump still prime? Could possibly be a fuel pump relay switch going bad.

when the engine shuts down, I tested the fuel pressure by pressing the release that is before the injectors and all good. then I try to start the car and do not want, the starter works fine, the problem is electrical or mechanical?

Probably a faulty PIP sensor or TFI module. Both are distributor mounted on the Fox 5.0 and fail with age, particularly after a hot soak.

EEC-IV slowly learning?

I was using the car and there was no failure. The module next to the distributor was missing a screw, I guess that was the fault. Then I disconnected the battery, I placed the module firmly, I changed the coil by Accell and changed the air filter for a K & N. Finally when you turn the car will not start, I had to make many attempts, sometimes kept on a short time, followed by many attempts, and after about 30 attempts, the car and was held constant EEC-IV slowly learning?
