SCT and all the other companies have been enforcing MAP pricing for quite sometime now , nobody is allowed to sell under the MAP price or they can take their dealer license , click link below for more info
MAP is one thing but isn't setting an actual enforced minimum sale price illegal? Didn't Nintendo get in hot water over that years ago with the SNES(?)?
It's NOT a minimum SALE price it's a minimum ADVERTISED price. SCT could not have a minimum sale price or they'd get in trouble. I don't know how Diablosport gets away with what they do. You can sometimes call dealers and get better prices. But if you see a better price than $379 on an SCT X3 advertised, better beware because SCT will probably yank their dealership and they won't be there for you for tech support in the future.
