Hello,

I was driving this morning, speakers working fine listening to music. I got a call on my phone and turned the system off so that the call wouldn’t play on the speakers. Then when I turned the music back on the music plays fine but it’s like very mellow kind of like an echo sound. I checked the amplifier wires everything looks fine and there is treble and bass. I have an aftermarket pioneer system installed in the trunk of the car. Can someone please help to diagnose the problem? Thank you guys

no one here is going to be able to help you

if it worked fine when you turned it off but didn't when you turned it on that means something is physically not right i.e. broken

Master rester of the Sync system fixed the issue.

in order to fix the issue you would have to identify it first

in my experiences these things come back in time
