Then I realized that they didn't even bother to make the false 40+ hp claim, and they went straight to the "it sounds like a supercharger".

I saw a guy with an altima at my school, I was like" its sounds somthing like turbos, but there is nothing when you shift for all the noise it makes when on the throttle". Well, I dunno, maybe because a real turbo system gives you power? Maybe that's just me. The arguments this ad makes are bad enough that anybody who buys it deserves to waste their money.
